• Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
• New customers may be required to pay in advance
• Late payment charges may apply at 2% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend deliveries for overdue accounts

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

• Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges

• All equipment comes with manufacturer warranty as specified
• Warranty periods vary by product (typically 1-2 years)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear
• Misuse, modification, or improper installation voids warranty
• Extended warranty options available for purchase

• Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging
• Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item is defective
• Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-25%)
• Order cancellations after production has started may incur charges

• Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses
• Business interruption claims are excluded
• Customer must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Claims must be made within 12 months of delivery

• All website content is protected by copyright
• Product specifications and images are for reference only

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
